THE MASLACH BURNOUT INVENTORY

Burnout is one of the common stumbling blocks to flow & peak performance. This coaching tool was developed by Christina Maslach (Professor of Psychology, EmeritaUniversity of California, Berkeley) and Susan E. Jackson (Professor of Human Resource Management, EmeritaRutgers University) with the goal of assessing an individual’s experience of burnout.
